I have bpd and while l Know l can come back from this and get better with therapy l lack the courage to discuss the issues that landed me with B p d Someone help:(

You can do it! You are not alone. There are many of us here for you, and supporting each other. It can be very hard when starting to discuss difficult issues regarding our BPD, but it can be done. Just take your time and go at your own pace. These things can’t be rushed. You’ve been dealing with it for years and it’s going to take a while to get better. Are you taking Dialectical Behaviour Therapy? You need to really commit to it, but it’s worth it! I hope I’ve helped a little. Hugs, Joyce.
