Cognitive Distortions


Most people have a little bit of Cognitive Distortions.  But those of us with Borderline Personality Disorder have more than our fair share of them.  Here is an excellent video by Debbie Corso of HealingFromBPD.org describing the most common Cognitive Distortions of BPD and PTSD, followed by some additional links:
