After struggling with borderline personality disorder herself for 10 years, Halifax native Jennifer Pulsifer has started a support group for others living with one of the world’s most complicated mental illnesses. People with BPD often suffer from uncontrollable mood swings, impulsive behaviour, unstable relationships and low self-esteem.
