“Just Be Yourself”

Many times we are told to “just be yourself.”  The trouble with Borderline Personality Disorder is that we often don’t have a sense of self.  We don’t know who “yourself” is.  That’s where Dialectical Behaviour Therapy comes in.  It helps us to develop a sense of self.  Here’s a post with some great links from Debbie Corso at Healing From BPD about finding yourself when you have Borderline Personality Disorder:
