About This Site’s Logo

Yin-Yang DNA
Why did I create this image to represent my site?  Because I need to show people that for those of us who suffer from BPD, it is in our DNA to think in terms of black-and-white, all-or-nothing, good-or-bad thinking.  With proper tools, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or DBT, we can recover from BPD and live better, happier, healthier lives.  We may always have to manage our intense emotions, but we are ok just the way we are.  We need to be accepted as such, without judgement and advice, although well-intended.  Please help me MAKE BPD STIGMA-FREE!

        1. I think so. All I remember is having to create the logo as soon as I woke up so I wouldn’t forget it.

  7. They’ve been working on it for a while! Neither genes nor environment will lead independently to BPD.

      1. Thank you. I think it could be a good conversation starter, like the semi colon.
