  1. Hi Joyce, I’m wondering if you know of any good books for friends and family? I suffer from BPD and my good friend would like some advice on how to handle me when I’m reacting to something or thinking negatively. I’m finding it hard to find non-stigmatizing information for those who choose to support us. Please let me know.
    Thank you
    Suzi xx

    1. I know what you mean about not being able to find non-stigmatizing information about BPD. I’ve recently purchased several new books on it and will be reviewing them as I finish them. Keep checking here for more info. If you’d like a good novel about BPD, “Her” by Felicia Johnson is excellent. Some parts may be triggering, though. I hope this helps.

    2. A great book for friends and family is “Loving Someone with Borderline Personality Disorder” by Shari Y. Manning.
