“Theoretical Pedophile” James Kincaid To Speak At OISE Symposium

***TRIGGER WARNING!***

Sick quote in article!

Living in Anglo-America

“Theoretical Pedophile” James Kincaid To Speak At OISE Symposium
Dr. Charles McVety writes:
Dr. Kincaid is a well-known advocate for pedophilia, a criminal activity in Canada. He has authored several books on the topic including Child Loving in which he states “If the child is desirable, then to desire it can hardly be freakish. To maintain otherwise is to put into operation pretty hefty engines of denial and self-deception.”

The infamous organization NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) lists Dr. Kincaid as an advocate while depending on his arguments for the advancement of child abuse. Dr. Kincaid admittedly refers to himself as a “theoretical pedophile” and frequently uses the collective terms “we” or “us” when discussing child molesters.

His work has been roundly condemned by the New York Times, The Daily Mail, several British Members of Parliament and Michael Hames of Scotland Yard.

He plans to offer his…

BPD Self Harm thoughts & behaviors – trigger warning

bpdnme

Please don’t continue if you are at risk of self harm or feeling suicidal as this post contains triggers. I do not wish to adversely affect any one else’s struggle with Mental Health. This is my stuff.

I had thought of not posting this as I feel like a thought thief but it is more a gathering of information, dissemination and realization.

*WARNING*TRIGGER*WARNING*

This comes after a recent event that I am having trouble getting past. I need to compose these thoughts so that I can understand them.

Since 8 years old, I knew I was not like my peers. I have memories from as early as 4 yrs I now know were not normal.

This is only re-enforced when I compare and peer with fearful diagnostic eyes upon my own sons life. I have always been assured to find only a beautiful, well balanced, compassionate and caring young man…

Thoughts on Death and Emotional Pain

*** POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING!***

I had this post in my head for a long time.  Just a vague idea of what I wanted to write.  It’s kind of a difficult post.  I’ve had these feelings for years.  I’ll try to describe them the best I can:

I’ve often wondered how someone can feel so much emotional pain and not die?  I don’t mean by suicide.  I mean that your body can’t handle the pain and you just die.  But you never do.  You keep existing.  Not living, just existing.  Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, decade after decade.  Wondering “is this all there is to life?”

Has anyone else ever thought about this?  Or is it just me?

My Friend, My Crutch

*** POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING!***

My Friend, My Crutch

I have you in case I need you,
But since I have you, I don’t need you anymore.
But it feels so good knowing that you’re there if I do need you,
That you can make all my pain go away.

You make me feel safe,
I can lean on you,
My crutch, my support,
My friend, my enemy,
My salvation,
My security blanket beneath my pillow, where I rest my head.

I wish I didn’t need you,
That I could cope on my own,
But I feel too weak.

So I retreat into my mind,
An endless soap opera,
Much better than the painful real life I lead every day.
Where I control the players,
I control the plot.
If only I could control these thoughts and emotions that overtake my mind every day.

Maybe someday I won’t need this crutch anymore,
Maybe I can learn to cope.
Until then, I know I can depend on you,
That you won’t betray me like all the others around me.
My crutch, my support,
My friend, my enemy,
My salvation,
My security blanket.

Borderline Personality Disorder ~ BPD.

aware

I have a few videos, they all may not interest everyone, some will, I feel they have a stronger impact and ability to teach… as the alternative is just my words, which you may skim over.prepare to learn.

This post is not just to provide a background on BPD for those that have none, but to show that this can be treated to the point the BPD classification is removed from the patient. WOW.

DBT is not the only treatment with success in working with BPD, There are a few. We are developing and learning new therapies to help cope/treat. Research is ongoing, over recent years there have been large leaps.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy
Dialectical-behavioral therapy
Transference-focused therapy
Mentalization-based therapy
Schema-focused Therapy

With borderline, therapy is successful, medication not so much. Meds can treat some symptoms, anxiety or depression, therapy can restore the patient.

Types of Borderline – Quiet Borderlines

Usually, when you think of Borderline Personality Disorder, you think of people who rage at the slightest thing.  But there are different types of Borderlines.  For example – Quiet Borderlines.  They are different than other Borderlines in the way of turning their rage inward.  Not as much is heard or written about this type of Borderline.  I happen to be a Quiet Borderline.  Below are some articles about the different types of Borderlines, especially Quiet Borderlines:
